<p>Wouldn&#8217;t it be nice if we could get rid of it? I mean&#8230;never having to deal with it would be nice, but that is not the world we live in. We are bound to get stressed over something at some point: finances, plans, work, the future, family issues, choices, etc. We can&#8217;t eradicate it forever, but we can lessen it or find ways to deal with it.</p>
